About DIY Founders' No-Code Mission

DIY Founders launched in 2025 with a mission to help early-stage app startups build and validate their product without the significant investment traditionally required.

Our founder, Karl Graf, has spent eight years as Managing Director of DreamWalk, one of Australia’s leading app development agencies. In that time he has helped well-funded startups, SMEs and large corporates design, build and launch successful mobile and web applications.

But Karl has also met countless entrepreneurs who simply can't afford to fund their idea, and others who scraped together the capital only to pour hundreds of thousands of dollars into apps that never found product–market fit.

Determined to lower the barriers to entry, Karl has spent years testing alternative development approaches. He trialed lean delivery models, battle-tested low-code and no-code platforms, and more recently experimented with AI-driven “vibe-coding” techniques.

That work changed everything. Karl realised that, with the right guidance and the best visual development tools powered by AI, anyone can now build a working product.

DIY Founders and the App Bootcamp were born.

Now he’s distilled all those years of product strategy, user experience and development know-how into a hands-on programme tailored for first-time founders.
